Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and management site engineer to lead, planning, project coordination, and execution for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong design skills, leadership abilities, and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end architectural projects.

• Key Responsibilities:Design & PlanningDevelop innovative design concepts, layouts, and architectural drawings.
• Prepare detailed plans, elevations, 3D models, and presentations.
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.
• Review and refine project designs with clients and internal teams.
• Project ManagementLead multiple projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
• Prepare project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely execution of projects.
