Senior Architect

Position: The Senior Designer at Design Code Interior will play a key role in shaping our creative vision and delivering exceptional interior design solutions. This position requires a talented and experienced professional with 3 to 5 years of experience who can lead projects from concept to completion, mentor junior designers, and uphold

the highest standards of design quality.

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion.

Design Development: Create innovative and functional design concepts for residential and commercial spaces.

Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored design solutions.

Site Visits: Conduct a site visits to assess progress, ensure design specifications are met, and address any on-site issues or client concerns promptly.

Technical Drawings: Produce detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD,3DX max,Sketch software to visualize design plans.

Mail Generation: Draft and distribute professional emails and correspondence to clients, team members, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely responses.

Material Selection: Select and specify furnishings, fixtures, equipment, and materials, coordinating with vendors and suppliers for procurement.

Team Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Quotation Preparation: Generate detailed and accurate quotations for design projects, ensuring all client requirements and specifications are met, and effectively communicate costs and timelines to clients and stakeholders.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of design projects.

Presentation: Create presentations and cost estimates for clients.

Market Research: Stay updated with the latest interior design trends and technologies to effectively position and market design services.

Sales Support: Assist in sales efforts by providing design expertise and support during client presentations.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience of 5Y as an Interior Designer, with a portfolio of successful projects.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3DX Max.

Knowledge: Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and finishes.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Leadership: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Creativity: Strong creative and conceptual skills.
