Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive – School Uniforms (Bangalore Region)

(With travel to nearby areas within a 60 km radius, including Whitefield, Electronic City, Yelahanka, Sarjapur, Devanahalli, Hoskote, etc.)

Who We Are Looking For:  

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Professional based in Bangalore with prior experience in the school uniform or apparel industry. Candidates with strong local market knowledge and existing school network connections will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Generate leads and acquire school accounts for uniforms in Bangalore and nearby areas (within 60 km).
  • Meet school administrators, trustees, and key decision-makers to present Gubbacci’s offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, and operations) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and submit weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Additional Responsibilities (Senior Sales Executive Role):

  • Lead and mentor junior sales executives and guide them in field activities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for Bangalore region expansion.
  • Handle key and high-value client accounts independently.
  • Identify new market opportunities and competitor activities.
  • Support management in forecasting, planning, and revenue tracking.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations at a senior level.

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in uniform/apparel sales (school uniforms preferred).
  • Prior experience with Bangalore-based uniform suppliers is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in Kannada and English.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.
