About the Role

Mythri Builders is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior CRM Executive to manage end-to-end CRM operations for our apartment projects. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to post-sales coordination, customer handling, documentation, and collections within residential real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete post-sales CRM activities from booking to handover
• Act as a single point of contact for customers
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Accounts, and Site teams
• Manage agreements, documentation, payment follow-ups & collections tracking
• Address customer queries and resolve escalations efficiently
• Maintain CRM database and generate MIS reports
• Ensure smooth possession and handover process
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels

Qualification & Skills Required

• Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing or related field preferred)
• 6–8 years of CRM experience in residential apartment projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of real estate documentation & payment processes
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email drafting)
• Strong coordination and multitasking ability
