Job Description
- Own the full development lifecycle: architecture, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring of all Thought Pudding products and internal tools
- Build and maintain production-grade CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable and repeatable deployments across staging and production environments
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / equivalent), including server provisioning, scaling, security hardening, and cost optimisation
- Develop and extend our internal CRM and lead management system, integrating with third-party tools (payment gateways, scheduling APIs, communication platforms)
- Build data pipelines and dashboards for therapist performance tracking, client analytics, financial reporting, and operational metrics
- Architect and implement secure APIs for B2B corporate wellness integrations with partner organisations
- Implement robust logging, error tracking, and alerting systems to maintain uptime and quickly resolve production issues
- Establish and enforce engineering best practices: code reviews, documentation, version control workflows, and security protocols
- Collaborate with the founding team on technical strategy and product roadmap decisions
- Handle data privacy and compliance requirements (particularly around sensitive health data and payment information)
