Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will help clients understand, select, and purchase life insurance policies that best meet their needs. You will provide personalized advice and leverage your network to generate consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients through existing contacts, referrals, and prospecting.
• Understand clients’ financial goals and insurance needs.
• Explain various insurance products, policy features, benefits, and terms clearly.
• Use personal life insurance policies as examples to build trust and credibility.
• Prepare and present policy illustrations and demo policies as needed.
• Assist clients throughout the application, underwriting, and policy issuance process.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to provide service and encourage renewals or new business.
• Achieve monthly business targets and contribute to team goals.
• Comply with all regulatory and company guidelines.

• Knowledge of HDFC Life products and services.
