Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and regularly update the staff database with accuracy.
- Track and monitor trainers’ joining and relieving processes.
- Ensure implementation and adherence to LAQSH HR policies across all levels.
- Handle attendance and payroll management for Vocational Trainers (VTs) and Head Office employees.
- Collect, verify, and maintain staff documents (Academic records, Experience certificates, UID, Bank details, etc.) in a structured manner on the server.
- Manage and monitor the GEO Attendance System for daily attendance compliance.
- Support HR operations in ensuring smooth communication and coordination across teams.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS/attendance systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
