About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end blue-collar hiring for Dark Stores (Swiggy/Zepto), Warehouses, Delivery roles, and Field Staff positions.

The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, field recruitment, team management, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Sourcing

• Manage end-to-end hiring for blue-collar roles (Pickers, Packers, Delivery Staff, Loaders, Warehouse Executives, Store Associates, etc.).
• Source candidates through field visits, job fairs, recruitment agencies, referrals, local networks, and digital platforms (Naukri, Indeed, Facebook, WhatsApp groups, etc.).
• Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews for high-volume hiring.
• Ensure timely onboarding and documentation completion.

2.Client Coordination

• Coordinate with clients for requirement gathering, hiring updates, and performance tracking.
• Maintain strong relationships to ensure smooth hiring operations.
• Understand client needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.

3.Team Handling

• Lead, guide, and monitor junior recruiters and field sourcing teams.
• Assign daily targets and ensure timely closures.
• Provide training, performance reviews, and support for team members.

4.Process Management

• Maintain candidate pipelines and tracker reports.
• Ensure onboarding compliance, joining formalities, and documentation accuracy.
• Work closely with operations to ensure manpower requirements are met.

5.Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (HR / Business Administration preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in blue-collar / bulk hiring.
• Strong field hiring network and experience in high-volume recruitment.
• Experience in client handling and team management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for field recruitment when required.
