Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, and support roles

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, vendors, and hiring drives

Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage offer rollouts

Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring data

Create and post job advertisements, promote hiring campaigns, referrals, and walk-in drives

Support employer branding initiatives and coordinate with marketing/design teams to ensure consistent brand communication
