Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & StaffingHandle end-to-end recruitment for sales, service engineers, front desk, and back-office roles
  • Source candidates through portals (Apna, Naukri, WorkIndia, Quikr, referrals, walk-ins)
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and manage onboarding formalities
  • 2. Employee Onboarding & ExitConduct joining formalities and documentation (KYC, bank, PF/ESI if applicable)
  • Orientation for new joiners about company policies and roles
  • Manage resignation, notice period tracking, exit interviews, and full & final settlement
  • 3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll SupportMaintain attendance, leave records, permissions, and late coming reports
  • Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts/finance team
  • Ensure accurate salary processing and deductions
  • 4. HR Operations & ComplianceMaintain employee master data and personnel files
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal SOPs
  • Handle PF, ESI, statutory documentation (if applicable)
  • Support audits and management reports
  • 5. Employee RelationsAddress employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters
  • Maintain positive work culture across all branches
  • Coordinate with ZMs, Branch Managers, and Operations team
  • 6. Reporting & MISPrepare HR MIS reports: headcount, attrition, recruitment status
  • Daily/weekly updates to management
  • Maintain HR trackers and records
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR / MBA HR preferred
  • Strong communication skills (English + local language)
  • Experience in retail, service, or multi-branch operations preferred
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and labor compliance
  • Proficient in MS Excel, HR trackers, and email communication
  • Key CompetenciesStrong coordination & follow-up skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and multiple branches
  • People management and problem-solving attitude
  • Organized and detail-oriented
