We are looking for a strong Inside Sales Manager to lead and mentor our sales team and drive admissions growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Management Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Career Counsellors.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs, daily metrics, and targets.
  • Conduct regular sales training, call audits, and performance reviews.
  • Motivate the team to consistently achieve monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution ,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue for microdegree and skill-tech programs.
  • Manage lead flow, lead allocation, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Optimize conversion rates across all stages: lead → demo → follow-up → enrollment.
  • Work closely with the marketing team for improving lead quality and lead nurturing.
  • Revenue Management Own the monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure the team meets them.
  • Forecast revenue numbers and provide accurate weekly/monthly reports.
  • Track sales funnel metrics and identify improvement areas.
  • Customer Interaction & Communication Handle escalations related to admissions, fee structure, or counselling.
  • Maintain high standards of customer experience during counseling calls.
  • Understand customer needs and guide them towards suitable programs.
  • Process Improvement Implement sales SOPs and best practices across the team.
  • Streamline the admissions process to reduce TAT and improve conversions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Academics) to upgrade offerings based on market trends.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree; MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.


  • 4+ years mandatory experience in EdTech / Skill-Tech / Microdegree sales.
  • Strong knowledge of selling IT courses, skill development programs, or micro-certifications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven team management and revenue ownership experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience with CRM tool is preferred.
