Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who can lead projects from concept to completion — blending creativity, leadership, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate should be confident in client interactions, design presentations, and site coordination while ensuring top-quality output and design integrity throughout the project journey.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Design Leadership:
• Conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions for residential, commercial, and corporate projects.
• Client Interaction:
• Meet and understand client requirements, prepare concept presentations, and ensure smooth communication throughout the project.
• Project Development:
• Prepare space plans, mood boards, material palettes, and working drawings with attention to detail and functionality.
• Execution Coordination:
• Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed with precision on-site.
• Team Management:
• Guide junior designers, review their work, and ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
• Innovation & Trends:
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technology to bring fresh ideas to each project.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in design and execution (preferably residential or corporate interiors).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, enscape, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong visualization and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
