Job Description
- Design and develop interior products such as furniture, modular units, lighting, and décor
- Create product concepts, sketches, CAD drawings, and prototypes
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and 3D visualizations
- Select materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes for products
- Collaborate with manufacturers, craftsmen, and suppliers
- Research design trends, materials, and user needs for product innovation
- Meet clients to understand space requirements, budgets, and design preferences
- Prepare detailed drawings, space plans, and specifications
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Product Design, or related field
- Proven experience in interior and/or product design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, 3ds Max, SolidWorks, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of materials, ergonomics, and manufacturing techniques
