Job Overview

We are hiring a Transportation MIS Executive to manage billing operations, trip documentation, invoice processing, and reporting. The candidate must have hands-on experience in transport operations and strong accuracy in financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and verify trip sheets on a daily basis

Generate client invoices and maintain billing records

Handle monthly billing reconciliation

Maintain MIS reports for trips, fuel, vehicle utilization, and payments

Coordinate with operations and accounts teams

Ensure error-free documentation and timely submission

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of transport billing and trip sheet management

Good command of MS Excel (formulas, reports, data handling)

Basic accounting knowledge

High attention to detail

Ability to meet deadlines

Preferred.

Experience in fleet or transportation industry
