Senior Network Cabling, CCTV & Biometric Technician

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technician with strong expertise in structured cabling, CCTV installation, biometric access systems, and home automation solutions. The candidate will be responsible for onsite execution, client coordination, troubleshooting, and delivering high‑quality installations.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstall

• Terminate, and test LAN and fiber cabling
• Install and configure IP/Analog CCTV systems
• Install, integrate, and support biometric and access control systems
• Install home automation devices and perform basic configuration
• Perform site surveys, prepare BOQs, and support project planning
• Handle customer coordination and provide timely project updates
• Support weekend downtime schedules as required
• Travel to outstation sites based on project needs

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–10 years of relevant technical field experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with fiber splicing & OTDR testing (advantage)
• Ability to interpret drawings and wiring diagrams
• Customer‑facing communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours depending on customer schedules

Languages (Added Advantage)

• Kannada
• Hindi
• Tamil
• Telugu
• English

Education

• ITI / Diploma / BE / BTech (preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience)
