Senior Nurse Trainer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Nurse Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a tenured nursing professional with strong clinical expertise and a passion for teaching and mentoring. This role involves delivering structured training programs and guiding nursing staff to ensure high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct training sessions for nursing staff 5 days a week

* Develop and implement training modules, SOPs, and skill-based learning programs

* Assess and evaluate trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback

* Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, patient safety, and quality standards

* Mentor junior nurses and support their professional development

* Stay updated with the latest healthcare practices and integrate them into training

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing / GNM)

* Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting

* Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring nurses is highly preferred

* Strong communication and presentation skills

* Ability to simplify complex medical concepts for effective learning

Preferred Skills:

* Certification in nursing education or training (added advantage)

* Leadership and team management abilities

* Strong organizational and documentation skills

Work Schedule:

Training sessions: 5 days a week
