Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the logistics operations, ensuring smooth and efficient movement of goods from pick-up to delivery. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Booking Management:
  • Understand the booking requirements provided by the client.
  • Identify the optimum type of truck required for the movement.
  1. Fleet Management:
  • Check if the required truck is available within the company.
  • If not, identify and coordinate with suitable vendors.
  1. Truck Deployment:
  • Ensure the timely deployment of trucks as per client requirements.
  1. Logistics Coordination:
  • Follow up on the pick-up and drop-off locations.
  • Ensure the entire process is seamless until delivery and Proof of Delivery (POD) collection.
  1. Real-time Transaction Updates:
  • Update all transactions in the company application on a live basis.
  • Record time stamps of every activity via mobile or system.
  1. Vendor Relationship Management:
  • Maintain good rapport with vendors.
  • Address vendor queries related to payments and schedules.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Conduct monthly training sessions for drivers, addressing concerns and issues.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics, operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of transportation and logistics operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using logistics software and applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
