Job Title: Team Lead – Phlebotomist

Salary: ₹4 LPA

Shift: Day Shift (Rotational shift and rotational weekly off)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Lead – Phlebotomist to oversee and manage a team of phlebotomists, ensuring high standards of sample collection, patient service, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of phlebotomists across assigned areas.

Ensure accurate and hygienic sample collection from patients as per protocols.

Monitor daily operations and ensure adherence to TAT (Turnaround Time) and SOPs.

Handle escalations and resolve any customer or team-related issues effectively.

Conduct regular training and performance assessments of phlebotomy staff.

Coordinate with lab and logistics teams for smooth sample processing.

Maintain inventory of phlebotomy supplies and ensure optimal usage.

Prepare and share operational reports with management.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in phlebotomy, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

DMLT or equivalent qualification preferred.

Excellent communication and team management skills.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.

Strong understanding of sample handling, patient interaction, and infection control protocols.
