Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager to join our team and oversee the successful execution of fire safety and BMS projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project activities, coordinating with clients and consultants, supervising site teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

• Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and supervise day-to-day fire protection system activities at project sites.
• Monitor project schedules, material deliveries, and subcontractor performance related to fire systems.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities for approvals, inspections, clarifications, and progress updates for fire safety works.
• Ensure installation, testing, commissioning, and integration of fire systems such as Fire Alarm System (FAS), Fire Detection, Public Address (PA), and Fire Suppression Interfaces as per approved drawings and relevant standards (NBC, IS, NFPA as applicable).
• Prepare and maintain site reports, measurement sheets, commissioning reports, testing records, invoicing support documents, and system handover dossiers.
• Ensure compliance with safety norms, quality standards, and ISO documentation at all project sites.
• Support procurement by preparing material requisitions, verifying BOQs, and ensuring correct specifications for fire system components.
• Handle AMC-related escalations, attend service calls, and ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of fire alarm and detection systems.
• Conduct site surveys, prepare fire system BOQs, develop AutoCAD drawings, and perform basic configuration and programming of fire alarm panels and devices.
• Required Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm & Detection Systems and associated fire safety equipment
• Site supervision and contractor/vendor coordination
• BOQ preparation, estimation, and procurement support for fire systems
• Understanding of fire safety codes and standards
• Documentation, reporting, and compliance management
• AutoCAD proficiency (mandatory)
• Basic programming, testing, and commissioning of fire alarm panels

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage multiple fire system projects simultaneously
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
