Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager – Construction to lead and oversee end-to-end execution of construction projects. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, quality control, budget management, and ensuring timely delivery of projects aligned with company standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Execution

• Oversee multiple construction projects from inception to completion
• Ensure adherence to design intent, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Monitor site progress and resolve on-ground challenges proactively

2. Strategic Planning

• Develop project execution strategies and schedules
• Optimize resources, manpower, and materials for efficiency
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans

3. Financial Management

• Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates
• Track expenses and ensure cost control without compromising quality
• Review contractor bills, BOQs, and payment schedules

4. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications
• Implement quality control processes and site audits
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and regulations

5. Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor project managers, site engineers, and support staff
• Drive performance, accountability, and professional development
• Foster a collaborative and solution-oriented work culture

6. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during execution
• Provide regular updates on project progress and milestones
• Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction

7. Vendor & Contractor Management

• Evaluate, onboard, and manage contractors and vendors
• Negotiate contracts and ensure timely deliverables
• Maintain strong vendor relationships
