Role Overview:

The Senior QC & QS Engineer will be responsible for ensuring quality compliance, quantity control, cost monitoring, and billing accuracy across multiple project sites. The role requires strong site exposure, coordination with contractors, and adherence to company standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control (QC):

• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
• Monitor and approve material quality, test reports, and workmanship.
• Coordinate with consultants, site engineers, and contractors for quality compliance.
• Identify quality issues, issue NCRs, and ensure timely rectification.
• Maintain QC documentation, checklists, and reports.

Quantity Surveying (QS):

• Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
• Check and certify contractor RA bills and final bills.
• Monitor material consumption versus BOQ and report deviations.
• Support cost control and assist in budget vs actual analysis.
• Assist in contract administration, variations, and extra item approvals.

Coordination & Reporting:

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Accounts.
• Submit weekly and monthly quality & quantity reports.
• Support audits and management reviews.
• Ensure compliance with safety and statutory norms at site.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 8–10 years of experience in real estate / residential / commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and billing procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and basic billing software.
• Ability to handle multiple sites independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Profile:

• Experience with builders/developers.
• Exposure to high-rise residential projects.
• Immediate or short notice period preferred.
