Senior Recruiter

Experience & Skills Required Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or related fields.

• 5–8 years of hands‑on recruitment experience, preferably within:

• Steel manufacturing
• Power generation / power equipment
• Heavy machinery / EPC / automotive manufacturing

Required Skills✅ Strong full‑cycle recruitment exposure

✅ Expertise in technical hiring (engineering, production, maintenance, plant roles)

✅ Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, industry job portals

✅ Good negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

✅ Ability to manage high‑volume hires when required

• Industry Experience (preferred)Understanding of industrial functions: fabrication, welding, production planning, QA/QC, HSE standards
• Exposure to unionized workforce / blue‑collar recruitment is a plus
