Senior Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter with experience in the EdTech industry, specifically in hiring trainers/instructors for technical courses. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring skilled trainers who can deliver high-quality learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical trainers (online/offline).

Source and attract trainers for IT domains such as Java, Python, Data Science, Cloud, Cyber Security etc.

Screen profiles and conduct initial interviews to assess technical expertise and teaching ability.

Coordinate and schedule demo sessions or technical evaluations.

Collaborate with academic and operations teams to understand trainer requirements.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of freelance and full-time trainers.

Negotiate compensation and finalize onboarding.

Maintain recruiter metrics and ensure timely closures.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in EdTech.

Experience hiring trainers, instructors, or faculty is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of IT technologies and training requirements.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in hiring freelance/contract trainers.

Knowledge of LMS platforms and online training ecosystems.

Ability to assess both technical and presentation skills of candidates.
