Job Description

Job Summary:


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to drive property sales through direct clients and channel networks. The candidate should have strong market knowledge of Bangalore real estate, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in closing deals.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate leads through various channels including references, digital platforms, and field activities
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and investors
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential/commercial projects
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing
  • Coordinate with developers for inventory updates and offers
  • Maintain CRM records and follow-up with prospects regularly 


Key Requirements:


  • 1+ years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial)
  • Strong network of channel partners and brokers (preferred)
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Bangalore micro-markets is a plus
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and energetic
  • Ability to work independently and in a team


Compensation :


  • Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus
