Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to drive property sales through direct clients and channel networks. The candidate should have strong market knowledge of Bangalore real estate, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels including references, digital platforms, and field activities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and investors
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential/commercial projects
- Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing
- Coordinate with developers for inventory updates and offers
- Maintain CRM records and follow-up with prospects regularly
Key Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial)
- Strong network of channel partners and brokers (preferred)
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Bangalore micro-markets is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and energetic
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Compensation :
- Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus
