1. Roles of Sr. Relationship Manager

·        Handle a team of Relationship Manager.

·        Train the RM how to give Demonstration to the customer as per MSIL.

·        Tracking the enquiry generated from the Showroom, telephone, web, Cold calls etc.

·        Tracking the DMS Enquiry of individual RM.

·        Supporting each RM at the time of Closing and negotiation.

·        Updating with offers for the month.

·        Updating with the stock list.

·        Present at the time of delivery.

·        Undergo training on Sales, Product and team handling.

·        Arrangement for the events place and facility needed.

·        Follow up of booking customer for finance support to retails.

·        Follow up with finance coordinator in in-house financing.

2.                  Sr. Relationship Manager’s Responsibility

·        Active follow up enquiry/target vs. achieved on booking & retails.

·        Motivate the team or an individual RM depending upon their needs.

·        Support RM in all aspects to give knowledgeable market information.

·        Handle the customer in difficult situation.

·        Reference to be taken from delivered customer.

·        Build rapport with the customer.

·        Lost cases prospects Analysis with valid reasons.

·        Support for events and activities.

·        Root cause analysis for complaint customers.
