Senior Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:

This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Sales Coordinator (Excel Expert) at Kasa Enterprises. The role involves managing backend operations, coordinating with brand partners on stock updates, and resolving any discrepancies. You will work closely with the Director to maintain accurate stock records, monitor stock levels, and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Communicate with brand partners about stock availability, orders, and any issues.
• Keep accurate stock records as per company policy.
• Work with internal teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Identify and resolve any stock discrepancies.
• Support the Director by providing updates and suggestions for improvement.
• Schedule meetings, handle emails and calls, and maintain both digital and physical records.
• Prepare reports and summaries as needed.
• Assist the Director in ensuring all operations run smoothly and accurately.
• Arrange travel plans and manage related logistic

Qualifications:

• Experience in stock management or backend coordination, preferably in a B2B setup.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data handling and analysis.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
