Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate

Location: Rajaji Nagar Bangalore

Job Type: Full-time

Reports To: Sales Manager / Sales Director


Job Summary:


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Sales Executive to support our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily operations, driving sales performance, coordinating team activities, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients. This role is perfect for someone with real estate sales experience who’s ready to take the next step into leadership.



Key Responsibilities:


Team Support & Coordination


  • Assist the Sales Executive in overseeing day-to-day sales team operations.
  • Help organize and lead team meetings, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching.
  • Monitor agent performance and provide support to help them meet targets.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new agents.

Sales & Client Management


  • Support agents in handling client inquiries, negotiations, and deal closings.
  • Step in to manage client relationships when needed.
  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the buying/selling process.


Reporting & Strategy


  • Track sales metrics and prepare reports for the Sales Manager.
  • Help implement and follow up on marketing and sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with marketing, admin, and other departments to support the sales process.


Administrative Tasks


  • Manage CRM data and ensure lead follow-up processes are being followed.
  • Assist in listing management, documentation, and compliance.


Qualifications:



  • 1 + years of experience in real estate sales or a related field
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using CRM software and real estate platforms (MLS, Zillow, etc.)
  • High level of initiative and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • Basic English and Kannada is mandatory .
  • Customer handling skills
  • Sales negotiation and closing skills.
  • Two wheeler with license is mandatory.
  • Basic Computer knowledge is required.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends.
