Senior Sales Executive

• Key Responsibilities(FOR SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE)
• Sales Performance: Drive and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service to enhance the customer experience.
• Product Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of the product range, including diamonds, gemstones, metals, and designs, to provide expert advice and assistance to customers.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and lead junior sales staff, ensuring high standards of sales practices and customer service.
• Customer Engagement: Resolve customer complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities(FOR SALES ASSISTANT)

• Customer Assistance: Assist customers by providing product information and helping them make purchasing decisions.
• Sales Support: Support senior sales staff by ensuring smooth operations on the sales floor, maintaining stock levels, and keeping the store neat and organized.
• Product Knowledge: Learn about various jewelry products to assist customers with their needs and questions.
• Inventory Support: Help with restocking inventory, ensuring the jewelry is properly displayed and maintaining stock accuracy.
• Cash Handling: Assist with cash register duties, including processing payments and providing receipts.
• Sales Goals: Assist in achieving sales goals set by management by actively engaging customers and promoting products.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering assistance, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure effective communication and efficient store operations.

Skills Required:

• Retail Sales Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment, ideally in jewelry or luxury goods, is a plus.
• Customer-Oriented: Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on creating positive customer experiences.
• Basic Product Knowledge: A willingness to learn about jewelry and assist customers with their queries.
