Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-focused and sales-driven Jewellery Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting gold, silver, and diamond jewellery, provide product knowledge, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, sales ability, and an understanding of jewellery products and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service:

• Assist customers with the selection and purchase of gold, silver, and diamond jewellery.
• Deliver over-the-counter retail sales while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide detailed product explanations including metal purity, diamond quality, design features, and pricing.
• Maintain excellent hospitality standards to ensure a premium customer experience.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

Custom Orders & Client Requirements:

• Understand client preferences and facilitate custom jewellery orders.
• Coordinate with the design or production team for custom pieces.
• Ensure accurate order documentation and timely delivery.

Sales Targets & Business Growth:

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling related jewellery items.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Product Knowledge & Market Awareness:

• Maintain updated knowledge of jewellery trends, designs, and market demand.
• Understand gold rates, diamond grading basics, and gemstone information.
• Stay informed about new collections, seasonal designs, and promotional offers.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Maintain and update customer records and purchase history.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, new arrivals, and promotions.
• Build a strong customer loyalty base.

Store Operations & Inventory Support:

• Assist in display management and merchandising of jewellery items.
• Ensure jewellery is presented attractively and securely in display counters.
• Support stock verification and inventory tracking when required.

Billing & Documentation:

• Use computer systems for billing, order entry, and customer records.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sales, custom orders, and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and billing procedures.

• Knowledge of gold purity (Karat), diamond grading (4Cs), and gemstone basics.

Experience:
