Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
  • Identify potential clients and develop relationships to drive business growth.
  • Assess client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize closure opportunities.
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and finalize deals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven work experience of 5 - 7 years in residential sales, preferably in the Bangalore market.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent sales, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess client requirements and provide prompt solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (proficiency in English, Hindi, and South Indian languages is a must).
