Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for selling residential/commercial properties, handling client inquiries, site visits, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, site visits, and referrals
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Conduct property site visits and presentations
- Negotiate pricing and close sales
- Maintain CRM and follow up with prospects
- Coordinate with legal, CRM, and registration teams
Requirements:
- Graduate preferred
- 1–5 years experience in real estate sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to work on weekends
- Knowledge of local real estate market
