📝 Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations at Adisesh Prime. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, team leadership, and client relationship management.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed project-wise sales targets. Provide regular training, guidance, and support to ensure peak team performance.
• Strategy Planning:
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the local real estate market. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and adapt plans to improve performance and profitability.
• Client Coordination:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their requirements, provide project details, and guide them throughout the buying journey, including follow-ups and closing deals.
• Site Visits Management:
• Schedule, manage, and attend site visits along with clients to ensure smooth experience and better conversion rates.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to senior management. Track team performance, pipeline status, lead conversions, and areas of improvement.
• Collaboration:
• Coordinate with marketing, digital, and tele-calling teams to ensure proper lead flow and campaign effectiveness.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in real estate sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills
• Good knowledge of Bangalore real estate market
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects
• Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi preferred
