Job DescriptionAjavu Tech House is hiring a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive (B2B) to drive revenue growth, enterprise client acquisition, and strategic market expansion for our IT services and solutions.

This role requires a strong balance of sales execution and B2B marketing strategy, with a clear focus on qualified leads, conversions, and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales and marketing initiatives for IT services and solutions
• Identify, engage, and convert enterprise and mid-market clients
• Work on lead qualification, proposal discussions, and deal closures
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to improve lead quality and conversions
• Manage client meetings, requirement discussions, and follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, Managers)
• Track sales pipeline, revenue targets, and performance metrics
• Support branding and positioning efforts through market insights and feedback

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in B2B sales and marketing
• Proven experience in IT services, technology solutions, or SaaS sales
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead funnels, and negotiations
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
• Target-driven mindset with a focus on measurable business growth
