Job SummaryThe Senior Sales Manager – Franchise & Business Development is responsible for generating franchise leads, coordinating with investors, expanding business operations, and driving revenue growth. The role focuses on franchise sales, investor relationship management, strategic expansion planning, and achieving company growth targets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities· Generate and manage franchise leads through field visits, networking, and digital platforms.

· Conduct franchise presentations and convert prospects into successful partners.

· Coordinate with investors and present ROI models and financial projections.

· Identify new expansion opportunities and conduct market feasibility studies.

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual franchise sales targets.

· Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and conversion analysis.

· Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.

· Ensure proper franchise agreement documentation and compliance with company policies.
