Senior Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Sales Representative for our Agriculture division. The role involves field sales, farmer engagement, product promotion, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets in the assigned territory.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit farmers, dealers, and distributors regularly in the assigned area
• Promote agricultural products such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, or farm equipment
• Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Conduct field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and awareness programs
• Collect market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback
• Assist senior sales staff in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding dues
• Maintain daily sales reports and submit updates to the reporting manager
