Position – Staff Nurse for Home Care

Location – Bangalore (10)

Experience – Minimum 1 Years of Experience of ICU/Critical Care (Ventilator Management)

Shifts– 12 Hours (Rotational Shift Day-8 AM to 8 PM/ Night-8 PM to 8 AM) and 24 Hours Stay Duty (Stay Duty- Stay/Accommodation in patient home itself till duty continue), Candidates must be interested for both shift 12 Hours and 24 Hours.                   

Gender – Male/ Female both.

Salary – 25k to 35k

Qualification - GNM or BSC Nursing with Registration.

The Job Roles requires the incumbent to do the following activities

Major Responsibilities

· Travelling to patients homes and managing their care plans according to physician’s instructions.

· Administering medication and insulin, and completing blood pressure, glucose, urine, and stool tests, and other Nursing Procedure.

· Listening to the concerns of family members and answering their questions.

· Educating caregivers and family on the aftercare or on-going care of the patient.

· Providing suggestions for improved healthcare to physicians and family members of the patient.

Skills

· Must be aware about what all examinations are done for patients.

· Life supporting Equipment Knowledge like Ventilator, BIPAP, CPAP etc.

· Neuro, Respiratory and Cardiac system and their disease knowledge.

· Knowledge of emergency medicine and subcutaneous injections.

Tracheostomy Care, RT Insertion, Catheterization etc.
