Senior System Administrator

We are seeking a skilled, proactive, and self-driven System Administrator to independently manage and resolve all IT-related issues at our client location. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations, maintain infrastructure, and provide timely technical support to end users.

Key skills Required and Responsibilities:

• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar IT support role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of IT operations
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls)
• Manage and maintain Server, desktops, laptops  
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and application software
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, connectivity, and security
• Manage backup solutions and ensure data integrity.
• Configure and support remote connectivity solutions (VPN, remote desktop tools, etc.)
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues efficiently
• Provide technical support and guidance to Junior Engineers / users
• Maintain documentation of IT assets, configurations, and processes
