Job Description
Role summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Senior Team leader to handle the team for the Online MBA Program offered by Adichunchanagiri University. Your job is to hit the team target every month through daily outbound cold calling, high quality counselling, follow ups, and closures. You will run call level execution, enforce discipline, build a high performance culture, train the team, and coordinate end to end admissions processes with partner Universities. Most sales will be done via cold calling. Some high performance teams may receive leads, but the default mode is outbound.
What success looks like :
● Team achieves monthly admissions target consistently
● You personally contribute to closures, referrals, and revenue
● Everyone in the team hits minimum 3 hours talktime daily and follows calling standards Strong attendance discipline with on time login logout and zero exceptions culture Tight CRM hygiene with clean pipeline and no leakage
● Team improves in pitch quality, objection handling, and closing every week
● Admissions operations run smoothly with universities and students due to strong coordination
Requirements
● 2 to 7 years of inside sales or telesales experience, with at least 1 to 3 years as Team Leader in a high pressure environment.
● Strong outbound cold calling background. Education admissions or edtech is a plus Proven record of hitting team targets and also contributing individual closures Excellent objection handling and closing skills. Strong floor control ability, you should be comfortable with micromanagement and real time performance tracking.
● Comfortable working with CRMs and Excel or Google Sheets tracking.
● Strong ownership and discipline mindset, you should be able to enforce strict rules without losing team energy.
● Excellent Verbal communication in Kannada and English.
● Good Knowledge of Adichunchanagiri University.
● Awareness of the Legacy of Sri Sri Dr. Nirmalanandabatha Mahaswamji.

● Team admissions achieved versus target monthly Your personal admissions contribution monthly.
● Daily talktime per person and team average minimum 3 hours Dials, connects, counselling slots, follow ups, and closures daily.
● Conversion rates connect to counselling and counselling to admission Attendance adherence and on time login logout compliance.
● CRM hygiene score and follow up discipline adherence.
● Refund or dropout rate due to wrong pitching or mismatch expectations.
