Senior Tele Caller

Job Title--Senior Tele caller – Personal Loan (Banking Process, Experienced Candidates Only)

·      Industry - Banking / NBFC – Personal Loan

·      Working Details - 6 days working, Day shift and Work from Office only

Job Role - We are looking for experienced Tele-callers with strong background in Personal Loan process. Candidates must have banking/NBFC/DSA telecalling experience and should be confident in handling customers independently.

This is NOT for freshers.

Key Responsibilities -

·               Outbound calling to customers for Personal Loan sales

·               Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation

·               Generate quality leads and conversions

·               Follow up with interested customers

·               Coordinate with internal processing team

·               Maintain daily call & sales reports

Mandatory Requirements (Strict) -

·      Experience - Minimum 2 years to 6 years in Personal Loan Telecalling only

·      Education - Minimum 12th Pass

·      Languages - English (Basic–Good) and Kannada/Telugu (Mandatory)             

·      Must have worked with Banks / NBFC / DSA / Loan Process

·      Target-oriented and serious about sales

Salary & Incentives -

💰 Fixed Salary - ₹21,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on experience & performance)

🎯 Incentives - Minimum ₹5,000 - ₹20,000 (No upper limit for performers)
