Job Title--Tele sales Executive – Personal Loan (Banking Process)

·      Working Details - 6 days working, Day shift and Work from Office only

Job Role - We are looking for both experienced and fresher candidates with excellent communication and negotiation/sales skills. Only FEMALES

Key Responsibilities -

·               Outbound calling to customers for Personal Loan sales

·               Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation

·               Generate quality leads and conversions

·               Follow up with interested customers

·               Coordinate with internal processing team

·               Maintain daily call & sales reports

Mandatory Requirements (Strict) -

·      Education - Minimum 12th Pass

·      Languages - Kannada/Telugu (Mandatory) and English (Basic–Good)  

·      Target-oriented and serious about sales

Salary & Incentives -

💰 Fixed Salary - ₹18000, – ₹22,000 (Based on communication and negotiation skills)

🎯 Incentives - Minimum ₹5,000 - ₹20,000 (No upper limit for performers)
