𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞: 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞

𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Permanent 

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞: On-site, ITPL, Mahadevpura, Bangalore

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Fixed (above market average) + Possible Incentives (based on achieving monthly KPI target)

𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: 

- To adhere to internal instructions, SOP and procedures

- Working with outgoing and incoming customer calls

- Provide customer care and documentation workflow for decision-making

- Validate documents, security features and customer information (personal data, employment, credit history, solvency) and provide phone verifications 

- Based on calls and received information analyze and authorize applications 

- Fill the results of communication in the corporate CRM system

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬: 

- Achieve targets and KPI’s 

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: 

- Experience working from 1 year in call center sales 

- Good Communication skills in English, Hindi and Kannada

- Experienced in working on basic functionalities of computer/ laptop

- Preference to IP-telco and CRM-system experienced users
