Senior Tele Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate call records and update customer details in the CRM system.
• Support and guide junior telecallers with call handling and sales techniques.
• Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them professionally.
• Prepare daily or weekly performance reports.
