Job Description

Job Title: Telesales Executive 

Department: Operations / Training Coordination

Job Summary :

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for contacting trainers, promoting SSC 

Certification courses through the LAQSH Skills2Sparkle (S2S) platform, and ensuring 

successful enrollment, training coordination, and certification completion. The role 

also involves maintaining training records, coordinating with internal teams, and 

supporting trainers throughout the training and assessment process. 

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Contact trainers using the database provided by the Project 

Incharge/Coordinator and mobilize them to enroll in SSC Certification courses 

through the LAQSH Skills2Sparkle (S2S) website to achieve NSDC targets. 

• Maintain regular follow-up with trainers to encourage course enrollment and 

participation. 

• Consolidate orders and payments received through the S2S website and inform 

the Project Incharge/Accounts team for payment reconciliation. 

• Create WhatsApp groups for enrolled trainers and share training schedules, 

updates, and important instructions. 

• Enroll trainers on the LAQSH Talent LMS platform when training begins and 

ensure accounts are deactivated after completion of training (within 7 days). 

• Regularly update the Project Incharge about training status, trainer participation, 

and any issues faced during the training process. 

• Coordinate with management or the Project Incharge to resolve trainer queries or 

technical issues. 

• Upload training data on the NSDC SIDH portal and monitor the entries for 

accuracy. 

• In case of technical errors, raise support tickets on the NSDC portal and 

coordinate with the NSDC technical team for resolution. 

• Ensure trainers attend the assessment after completion of the training program. 

• Track and monitor assessment results of trainers. 

• Maintain and update a complete database of trainers including: 

o Enrolled Trainers 

o Trainers Undergoing Training 

o Trainers Completed Training 

o Certified Trainers 

o Non-Certified Trainers 


Required Skills :

• Good communication and convincing skills 

• Telecalling / telesales experience 

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data management 

• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams 

• Problem-solving and follow-up skills 

• Basic understanding of online portals and LMS platforms 


Qualification 

• Any Graduate 

• Experience in Telecalling / Sales / Training Coordination preferred
