Senior Tele Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Tele Sales Executive with 1-3 years of experience in real estate tele sales or inside sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, explaining real estate projects, and closing site visit appointments while achieving sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Make outbound calls to prospective clients for real estate projects Handle inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns and portals Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and offers

Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team

Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Achieve daily and monthly call, lead, and booking targets

Coordinate with site sales and channel partners

Address client queries regarding location, amenities, and documentation

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

1-3 years of experience in real estate tele sales or inside sales Familiarity with residential/commercial real estate projects

· Proven ability to generate quality leads and appointments

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems
