Job Description:

We are searching for an experienced trainer to train the Kreedo Early Childhood Solutions new and current workforce. The responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with employees and business unit leaders to identify the training needs of the organization
• Creating product skilling programs that meet the needs of the workforce
• Facilitate and manage learning interventions, such as new hire training, skilling sessions, workshops
• Offering learning guidance to employees through regular check-ins, individual learning paths
• Engage customer interaction with employee related to product and curriculum related escalation
• Develop training materials and manage the learning management system to oversee the training courses.
• Assessing the quality of training delivery and making improvements as needed
• Learning data analysis and reporting

Working Knowledge

1. Tools:
2. Documentation software: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or LibreOffice
3. Online/virtual conferencing tools (Google Meet/Zoho Meeting/Zoom)
4. Online demonstrations/trainings/presentations
5. Creating presentations, learning props, interactive activities as part of training.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree and above.
2. 2 years experience in training, teaching,
3. Keen on following the latest trends in the training field.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Occasional travel within the city and also to different cities
6. Strong analytical skills
7. Strong presentation skills
8. Keen observational skills
9. Ability to work in a team or as an individual contributor with a collaborative approach to learning, both face-to-face and online

NOTE: 

• You will work out of Kreedo’s corporate office in Jayanagar, Bangalore.
• This role includes field visits to schools to observe and train. 
• Occasional travel within Bangalore and outside Bangalore is also expected when training is conducted in other cities.
