SEO Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SEO Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in search engine optimization. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies, with a proven record of improving website rankings, traffic, and conversions

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for SEO best practices.
• Conduct on-page SEO audits and implement improvements (meta tags, internal linking, schema, etc.).
• Manage off-page SEO strategies including backlink building and outreach.
• Monitor, track, and report website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithms, and best practices.
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to achieve SEO goals.
• Conduct technical SEO checks (site speed, mobile optimization, crawl errors, XML sitemaps, etc.).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
• 2 years of proven experience in SEO.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good to Have (Optional):

• Knowledge of local SEO and Google My Business optimization.
• Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Understanding of PPC and SEM campaigns.
