Summary: We are looking for a Service Advisor to be the key point of contact between customers and our workshop. You will handle service bookings, explain repairs, coordinate with technicians, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

 Greet and assist customers with service requirements 

 Prepare job cards, quotations & explain service details 

 Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle delivery 

 Maintain service records and handle customer follow-ups 

 Upsell recommended services and accessories 

Requirements: 

 1–4 years of experience in automotive service advisory 

 Good communication & customer handling skills 

 Basic technical knowledge of vehicles 

 Diploma/ITI/BE ( Mechanical )
