Job Description
Greet customers and understand their two-wheeler service/repair requirements
Prepare job cards with accurate details of customer complaints
Explain service procedures, costs, and timelines to customers
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
Update customers on service status and obtain approvals if required
Ensure quality check before vehicle delivery
Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups
Promote value-added services, accessories, and AMC packages
Maintain service records and customer history in CRM/DMS
Ensure workshop discipline and safety standards
