Job Summary: We are seeking a customer-focused and target-driven

Service Advisor to join our Nissan Authorized Service Centre. The Service Advisor will act as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop team, ensuring smooth service operations and high customer satisfaction.

🛠 Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and understand vehicle service requirements

• Open job cards and explain service processes clearly
• Provide cost estimates and obtain customer approval
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service
• Upsell value-added services, accessories, and extended warranties
• Deliver vehicles after service with clear explanation of work performed
• Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution
• Maintain follow-up calls for feedback and repeat service bookings
• Achieve monthly revenue and customer satisfaction targets

📋 RequirementsGraduate / Diploma (Automobile preferred)

• 2–5 years of experience as Service Advisor in automobile dealership
• Strong communication and customer handling skills
• Basic technical knowledge of vehicles
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
• Computer knowledge (DMS / CRM systems preferred)
