Job Summary: We are looking for a Service Advisor who can provide excellent customer service, understand customer needs, and ensure smooth service operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic technical knowledge of automobiles.

• Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers visiting the service center
• Understand customer concerns and record service requirements accurately
• Coordinate with technicians for vehicle diagnosis and repair
• Explain service details, costs, and timelines to customers
• Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Handle service follow-ups and maintain proper documentation
• Requirements & Qualifications: Experience: 1–4 years as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry
• Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Graduate (Automobile background preferred)
• Good communication in Kannada
• Strong customer-handling and coordination skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, DMS preferred)
